I am looking to put together an Eating list of things to Eat that are tasty while leading to Weight Loss. So I was wondering what suggestions you all have?
When suggesting, please be specific. That is I am not looking for an answer as generic as Salad, but for example Cobb Salad with Oil & Vinegar but no Ranch dressing. And if you can include portion size and number of calories, that would be even better.
And if you want to suggest, what not to eat, that would be also great.
I would recommend eating as fresh as possible. The less processing the food goes through, the healthier it will be for you. Try eating fresh fruit and vegetables. As long as the majority of your diet consists of these kinds of foods, your body will thank by having more energy and looking better.

• 8 oz shrimps, shelled and deveined
• 1 tablespoon macadamia oil
• ½ teaspoon paprika
• Pinch cayenne pepper
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
1. In a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the shrimp and garlic.

Hi Jessica, I've got a great recipe for for sauerkraut which is tangy and can be added to pretty much any savoury dish to really get the metabolism going :) Alternatively, soups can be super filling as a main meal or starter this time of year, to help you feel full longer. The quickest one I love is 2 parts chicken broth, with 1 cup of green peas (frozen OK), fresh or dried mint - to taste and raw garlic clove. Blitz in blender and heat to simmer on stove when ready to eat :)
